The hotel is ideally situated for exploring with convenient transportation and proximity to various tourist attractions. The rooms need some renovation and additional basics to enhance comfort, even though they offer all modern amenities and a small balcony, perfect for morning tea. However, the dining options are below average and can be improved. The service is attentive but lacks in some basic training areas, though it covers various essential amenities, making the stay convenient overall.

The long verandah outside is a nice touch, though my room lacked a working AC and had a cockroach. The service was extremely helpful, with staff accommodating our requests promptly. The location is excellent, close to attractions and eateries, although the dining options were limited and led us to try a different property. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
